Project

Matrix Solutions is a media sales CRM software company in Pittsburgh, PA. In spring 2016, they planned to move their headquarters into a new 8,000 square foot space in the recently redeveloped Tower One at Nova Place, formerly Allegheny Center on Pittsburgh’s North Side. In their new office space, Matrix Solutions was seeking to build a more collaborative environment coupled with ergonomic workspaces for their employees.

Solution

With the client’s goals in mind, Office Furniture Warehouse began to plan and design the new office layout that would maximize Matrix Solution’s use of the new space while creating a comfortable, team-focused setting. Using 42 remanufactured Herman Miller Ethospace workstations, we were able to meet the challenge.

Using Symmetry height adjustable tables with these Ethospace workstations, we were able to create an ergonomic solution that gave employees a more flexible, functional area to work. For easier collaboration in the office, OFW used low panels between all remanufactured workstations so team members can communicate easily on projects. By choosing remanufactured, we were able to customize the look of their office furniture to match the colors of their brand while still providing them with Grade A solutions.
