Heartland ECSI:
New Office Furniture in Warrendale PA

New Workstations for Higher Education Company

Heartland Payment Systems recently acquired ECSI incorporating them with the business structure of Campus Solutions. The newly formed Heartland ECSI delivers a single point of access for the administrative and business office needs of higher education institutions. However, the acquisition created a need for a larger office facility.

With an expanded workforce, the company was led to a new space in Warrendale, Pennsylvania. The office building came fully furnished on the 1st and 3rd floors, but the home of the call center on the 2nd floor was in need of new office furniture.

Office Furniture Warehouse worked to plan, procure, deliver, and install 160 new workstations in Warrendale for their call center team. Brand new Kimball Xsite workstations were chosen to furnish the floor, which is a great product for businesses looking for flexibility when it comes to functionality and aesthetics in their workplace. For Heartland ECSI, the Kimball Office workstations installed are 6’x6′ with 54″H panels and glass-topped wing panels – the right size to give the team a feeling of both privacy and openness.

Part of the challenge for larger businesses is striking the right balance between open space and privacy for their employees. Too many times, some workers feel their ability to collaborate or focus individually on tasks is hindered due the nature of their office design and furniture. Heartland ECSI did not want this to be an issue, and OFW and Kimball Office worked to provide solutions that accommodate the needs of their team. Each workstation is also equipped with ergonomic extras including a keyboard tray, dual monitor arm, and CPU holder.

At Office Furniture Warehouse, we aim to take the hassle out of furniture specification, design, and procurement for all of our clients. Becoming a Kimball Office Select Dealer has further strengthened our service delivery for not only Heartland ECSI, but all businesses we work with in the Tri-State area and beyond.
